I had a fantastic experience at EOS - Enhanced Optical Services with owner John, whose service was outstanding – incredibly attentive, professional, and detail-oriented from start to finish. He patiently guided me through frame selection, ensured a perfect fit, and provided expert advice on my vision needs. Highly recommend EOS and John for anyone seeking top-quality, personalised eyewear care in St Albans!

John is the most thorough and professional optician I have ever met. I have a completely irrational phobia about opticians, he recognised that and treated me with respect and consideration . And then supplied the most flattering glasses I have ever had. A great experience. Thank you, John.

It feels like you’re walking into Ollivanders! The glasses chose you! Not you chose them 😅John Snelgrove was great, he is a lovely man who guides you when you can’t see! Must come.
